Your satisfaction is of the most importance to us. We accept returns and will issue 100% refund under following circumstances.
- Products are damaged or defective before arrived
- Product are not as described (wrong product, wrong size or wrong color etc.)
Please request an exchange within 15 days after you’ve received the product(s) you order. We will then contact you with the returning address. Once we receive the returning item(s) with its original condition, we will issue you 100% refund within 2 business days, or send you with the replacing product(s) as you request.
100% in-store credit:
If for any reason you are not content with your selection, you can return the item(s) for full RedChineseDress credit. There will be NO restock fee when you decide to take the in store credit instead of the refund. The returning item(s) must be in new, unused condition and have all of the original packaging intact.
We also accept returns while charge 10% of the Original Price as restock fee and the full shipping cost under following circumstances:
- Full price items do not fit while the size is correct.
- Due to differences in computer monitor screens, certain colors of clothing items can seem different in your eyes.
- You simply don’t like the item.
- Items exchanged for another item or returned for a store credit are not charged a restocking fee.
Items are not available for return or exchanged if:
- Made-to-Order items are exchangeable, but not refundable.
- Custom-made items are not exchangeable or refundable.
- Exchange or replacement items, wholesale items and final clearance sale items are not exchangeable or refundable.
- Items without its original conditions and/or received over 15 days without returning requests.
Please contact us to issue a return or exchange. NO RETURNS WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL. Also, Please use the individual size chart in every product page. We suggest you make careful selections for clothing before you place the order since the Asian size are often smaller than the U.S. or European size.
